DES Encrypt

The data encryption standard, or DES as it is frequently known, is an encryption method that divides plaintext into blocks and uses a key to convert those blocks into ciphertext. It was based on Horst Feistel's previous Lucifer cipher, which was employed before DES. Lucifer, developed in the 1970s, was one of the first block ciphers. This tool will come in handy if you need to encrypt a string with DES encryption.
