UCS Transformation Format 8 is referred to as UTF-8. A Unicode encoding system is UTF-8. Since it employs 8-bit code points to represent 256 separate characters, it is regarded as an expanded variant of ASCII. It may therefore represent every character found in the ASCII encoding, both printable and non-printable. International symbols like Arabic and Chinese characters are also included.
UTF-8 decoding is the process of restoring an encoded UTF-8 string to its native format. You get a lot of hexadecimal digits from the UTF-8 encoding. These hexadecimal numbers are translated back into readable ASCII representation via a UTF-8 decoder.
